Unlike many battery producers, we control the entire manufacturing process. The grid casting, plate pasting, and final assembly are all done at our award-winning manufacturing facility. The importance of this cannot be overstated, as it ensures total quality control. In fact, we’ve earned a number of quality assurance certifications including; ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001, UL, CE and TUV for quality production systems. Our manufacturing facility produces a wide range of 2, 6, 8 and 12-volt batteries, in all BCI, DIN and other International sizes.

We've been RVing full-time for nearly 17 years, and last year we decided to upgrade our house battery bank to lithium. Since the house batteries are in the same compartment as our chassis batteries, that meant we'd either have to expose the new lithium system to the outgassing of our old flooded lead-acid chassis batteries or replace the chassis batteries too. We're pretty obsessive in both the planning and execution of our RV projects, so it was a given that we didn't want to leave the old flooded chassis batteries in place, but rather upgrade them to AGM for both freedom from maintenance, and lack of outgassing to protect our expensive new lithium system. The question was whether or not there were AGMs (we use two in parallel) that could provide the cold-cranking amps our 400 HP Cummins ISL requires. We commonly think of AGMs as an upgrade from flooded for deep-cycle house batteries, but not necessarily able to handle the demands of starting a big diesel engine. When our research led us to Fullriver's Full Throttle series AGM batteries, we found that we could not only meet the CCA requirements but exceed them by a considerable margin. We've now had all of the batteries in place for over a year and a half, and our Fullriver AGMs start our engine instantly every time, even in cold weather. Best of all, they are totally maintenance-free with no outgassing. Our Fullriver batteries work flawlessly and are the best choice we could have made.
